Private and Public Law Lawyer:

Sacco Mann is a leading boutique law firm seeking an experienced Family/Children Solicitor to join their team in Crewe.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in Family law, with a strong understanding of private and public law principles.

Job Summary:

This role involves working on complex family matters, including divorce, finances, childcare proceedings, and arrangements for children. The successful candidate will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients, while working collaboratively with other solicitors, barristers, and experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Complex Family Cases: Working on Private and Legal Aid Family matters, including divorce, finances, childcare proceedings, and arrangements for children.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the case.
  • Collaboration with Colleagues: Working closely with other solicitors, barristers, and experts to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
