Job Description

Austin Fraser is committed to providing high-quality care and support for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We are seeking a Deputy Children's Home Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the team, ensuring a high standard of care and support for the children.
  2. Oversee the care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes.
  3. Work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a children's residential setting, preferably with EBD services.
  • A thorough understanding of safeguarding, care plans, and Ofsted regulations.
  • NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent), with a willingness to work towards Level 5.
