In this role, you will handle paperwork, manage staff development, and conduct thorough risk assessments. You will also ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, aiming for good or outstanding ratings. To succeed in this position, you will need to provide child-centred care with a therapeutic approach.
The ideal candidate for this role will have Level 5 in Leadership and Management Children's Residential and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the last 5 years, including 1 year in management. Consideration will be given to a deputy stepping up with proven Ofsted experience.
