Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Senior Support Worker to join our team, specializing in children's services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children and young people, while also developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Mentor and guide junior support workers.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or an equivalent qualification in Residential Child Care. Additionally, they should possess proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setting, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
