Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Kettering, working with individuals who have Learning Disabilities and/or Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the needs of Service Users and work in line with individual care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and produce concise reports while on shift
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care is required
  • This is a non-traditional working pattern, requiring flexibility
