About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at n8 Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales and exceeding target KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline, using effective time management skills.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, either in person or online, to potential clients.
  • Provide hands-on support for new client setups at various venues.
  • Offer professional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Sales from a wholesale, or hospitality industry, with strong industry connections.
  • Demonstrated success in an Account Executive or comparable sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, including cold-calling, canvassing, with a strong record of achieving targets.
