Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Accurately capture and record customer data and information
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Previous customer service experience in a contact centre environment
