About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at DACHSER Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of Import and Export Shipments: You will be responsible for accurately processing and managing import and export shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Customer Service and Support: You will provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication and Coordination: You will work closely with internal departments to ensure that customer service levels are met, and that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: You will use your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues and concerns, and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Record-Keeping and Reporting: You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipments, and produce regular reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and manage shipments and customer information.
  • Customer Service Orientation: You will have a strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
