We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Novotel Edinburgh Park. As a Front Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of front office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective front office procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operation of the front desk.
- Monitor and control front office costs and ensure that all revenue and expenses are accurately recorded and reported.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of front office activities.
- Provide training and development opportunities to front office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office leadership role in a 4-star hotel.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary from £12.50 per hour.
