Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct support to our clinical customers, including robotic surgery with Mako, and manual joint replacement surgeries.
- Work closely with the local sales team to coordinate training and events, and manage day-to-day requirements of business support.
- Audit theatre Stryker stock, manage consignment inventory, and ensure good asset management practice.
- Understand the clinical application of our products to offer customers the best possible solution.
- Conduct trials and evaluations of products in theatre and the clinical environment as required.
- Implement training, provide instruments, and implement new Stryker business.
- Communicate essential features and benefits of products and their clinical application.
- Demonstrate outstanding ethics, treat customers and colleagues with respect, and represent Stryker in the best possible light.
- Theatre experience or professional training in a medical environment is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' theatre or medical experience.
- Commercial knowledge and understanding of cost pressures surrounding theatres and surgical procedures is important.
- Computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
- Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
- Workshop/product demonstration skills, including anatomy and physiology knowledge base.
- High-level communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
