Job Summary:

The Red Kite Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled Attendance Family Support Worker to join their Harrogate Cluster Team. This exciting opportunity will involve working with local schools and partners to deliver specialist 1:1 support to vulnerable children, young people, and families with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families to improve attendance, attainment, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and mental health. They will also help to overcome barriers to learning and support families holistically to address overall support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist 1:1 support to vulnerable children, young people, and families
  • Work collaboratively with local schools and partners to achieve shared objectives
  • Support families to improve attendance, attainment, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and mental health
  • Help to overcome barriers to learning and support families holistically
