We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days holiday + bank holidays, onsite parking, and flexible working hours. We also provide a range of perks, including employee discounts, motoring and transport benefits, and a medicash plan.

Responsibilities
  • As a Key Accounts Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting the specific needs of a designated group of customers while collaborating with the Key Account Manager.
  • You will ensure customers are well-informed about supply statuses, send customer orders for warehouse picking, and brief the logistics team on customer requirements.
  • Your performance will be measured against key benchmarks, including ensuring customer logistical needs are met, accurately processing sales orders, and confirming delivery dates align with contract terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSE / A-LEVEL qualifications
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Competency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated and committed to excellence
