We offer a rewarding salary to support your financial well-being, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Service Desk Analyst at SIX Payment Services, you can expect a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support to merchants and customers by resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities include responding to inbound technical helpdesk tickets and answering calls within agreed targeted timescales, providing regular progress updates and effective communication on ticket resolution, and assisting merchants/customers with resolutions using Ingenico tools provided. You will also follow the correct path of escalation when assistance or referral is required and be accountable for the result of your own actions or decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you should be able to work in a team environment, meet technical helpdesk targets and objectives, analyze problems, suggest solutions, manage your workload, and be flexible with changing priorities demanded by customer requirements.
