Customer Service Professional

At Signet Jewelers Ltd., we are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, developing product knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining store performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and adapting to changing store needs. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods, Bank Holidays, and weekends is also required.
