Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of residential projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple contracts and leading cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Administration: Manage the contract lifecycle, including procurement, negotiations, and variation management.
  2. Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications, budget, and safety standards.
  3. Cost Control: Work closely with the commercial team to track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, pension scheme, and comprehensive training program.
