Huntress Search Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join our Commercial Department in Maidstone. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to the success of our commercial law team.
About the Job
As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and reviewing them for accuracy and compliance. Your duties will also involve managing files, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research to provide accurate information to support lawyers.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts, to ensure they meet all necessary requirements.
- Manage files and maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in law or a related field and relevant experience in litigation and commercial law. Your skills should also include proficiency in legal research tools and standard office software. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
