About the Role

Achieving for Children is seeking a Family Hub Casual Worker to join our team. As a Family Hub Casual Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload effectively and engaging and supporting referred families with multiple needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of families with multiple needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, building trust and understanding their needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting families.
  • Provide administrative support for the Family Hub, including maintaining records and providing information to families and professionals.
  • Be the first point of contact for families and professionals, providing a warm and welcoming service.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with families and children in a childcare or education setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of children, families and professionals.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
  • Experience of general administrative and front of house duties in a busy, customer-focused environment.
