  • Set up, configure, and maintain Apple laptops and devices to ensure they're optimized for performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with speed and precision, keeping our team members at their most productive.
  • Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Jamf Pro to enhance security and streamline device management.


IT Procurement


  • Own the end-to-end IT procurement process, from sourcing laptops and peripherals to negotiating with vendors for the best deals.
  • Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring that every department is well-equipped with the latest tech tools they need.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast and budget for future technology needs in our growing office.


Office Technical Support


  • Provide fast, effective technical support to employees for office hardware and software, including network troubleshooting, printer support, and video conferencing systems.
  • Manage and support network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall configurations to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Maintain and support office meeting room technology, enabling seamless virtual and in-person collaboration.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Office 365 and Apple device management experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of network systems, device troubleshooting, and software installations.
