Senior Healthcare Assistants with Community Focus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team in this challenging yet rewarding role. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents within a 20-mile radius. This will involve working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans, monitor care delivery, and record observations.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our team. You will also possess a calm and empathetic approach, with a commitment to promoting dignity and respect in all aspects of care. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive training and opportunities for career progression.
