If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team in a Night shift position.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents, working closely with our clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes. You will have a strong understanding of clinical care principles and be able to supervise a team of Care Assistants, supporting them in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably with the elderly. A warm and compassionate approach is essential, as you will be working with vulnerable individuals who rely on your care and support.
