About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations on vital signs. This is a varied role that requires compassion, dedication, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

The Perfect Fit
  • A good understanding of elderly care and a background in care
  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is mandatory
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
