About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to fill this position, which involves assisting in maintaining stock levels, ensuring ward cleanliness and adherence to infection control policies. The successful candidate will promote a supportive environment for patients, relatives, and carers, ensuring they receive a quality service that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist in the maintenance of ward cleanliness and adhere to infection control policy and procedures.
- Ensure service users receive a value-for-money service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, responding to telephone and personal enquiries in a courteous manner.
- Ability to understand and follow established policies and procedures.
- Competent in verbal and written English.
The successful Senior Healthcare Assistant will receive a competitive salary of £26,298 per annum. Other benefits include:
