The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our team. As a member of our healthcare communications team, you will work closely with senior account executives to develop and execute communications strategies for our clients.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of client materials, including press releases, media alerts, and social media content. You will also assist with research and analysis to inform campaign strategy and provide insights to clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in healthcare communications and develop your skills in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client service: Provide support to senior account executives in developing and executing communications strategies for clients.
  • Brilliant basics: Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign strategy and provide insights to clients.
  • Flawless execution: Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, develop writing skills, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Digital fluency: Develop basic understanding of digital channels and tools used by clients.
  • Talent development: Participate in continuous learning opportunities, including training and mentoring.

Key Experience:

  • An interest in building a career in healthcare communications is essential.
  • Research and administration using online tools and databases.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
