Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our community nursing bank at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care across various community and urgent care settings.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional patient care, assisting individuals with their health needs and promoting independence.
  2. Support your colleagues in leading and monitoring the performance of the Nursing Team.
  3. Maintain effective working relationships within the multi-disciplinary team and other internal contacts.
Requirements
  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Recent clinical nursing experience, particularly in negotiating and liaising within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Working knowledge of complex health needs and experience of undertaking general assessment using evidence-based care.
  • Previous experience in record-keeping and care planning.
