We are seeking an enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our Community Healthcare team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse in Community Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and families in a community setting.

You will work closely with our teams in City and Hackney to deliver core and targeted services to children aged 0-5 and their families. The post holder will be supported by qualified health visitors and mixed skill teams, with training opportunities available to support the new role.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,445 - £40,422 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including pension scheme, annual leave and opportunities for professional development.
