The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams, ensuring the efficient operation of our services.

You will work closely with senior medical secretaries and other clinical administrators to perform duties such as data entry, making and receiving telephone calls, typing and proofreading documents, managing patient records and test results, coordinating outpatient clinics, and diary management.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work without direct supervision. You will also possess excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office software packages, and have experience in secretarial/administrative procedures, NHS Administration/Secretarial experience, and working knowledge of NHS Systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
