Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Education Coordinator to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery and evaluation of group-wide projects, including induction, mandatory and system-specific training.

Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of training programs.
  • To deliver training to employees and managers on topics such as EMars and Nourish.
  • To work closely with the training team and wider business to ensure that all employees have equal opportunities to access learning and assessment opportunities.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in providing classroom training sessions within health and social care - minimum of 2 years.
  • Hold a relevant training qualification or recognised teaching qualification.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have full access to a car with the ability to travel when needed.
  • Good understanding of CQC / CIW requirements.
