Job Description:

The Regional Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies to attract top talent in the region.

This will involve building relationships with local communities, attending community events, and promoting City and County Healthcare Group's brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage recruitment plans and strategies to attract potential candidates.
  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.

You will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to line managers and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a good standard level of education and excellent local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques, including social media.
