Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to the F&B Director.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Work closely with the F&B Director to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
