About the Role:

The Benelux Area Sales Manager - Equestrian and Outdoor Clothing will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets across multiple sales channels in the Benelux region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to deliver commercial campaigns with key retailers

• Work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Product to create demand and develop the brand within the region

• Provide support to retailers to maintain a strong and effective brand presence, including in-store merchandising and online

• Conduct market analysis and report to the Head of Sales

• Coach, motivate, and manage customers in line with yearly and seasonal GTM objectives

Requirements:

• Sales experience within an equestrian, sports, outdoor, or country lifestyle brand

• Area management experience working with retail and key accounts

• Fluency in writing and spoken French and English; Dutch would be an advantage

What We Offer:

£50,000 base salary, £7,500 car allowance, up to 30% annual bonus, plus benefits - home-based contract
