Benelux Area Sales Manager: Commercial Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Benelux Area Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page International (Belgium). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales growth across the Benelux region.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to deliver commercial campaigns with key retailers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide support to retailers to maintain a strong brand presence, including in-store merchandising and online.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing and Product to create demand and develop the brand within the region.
- Conduct market analysis to report to the Head of Sales and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales data and reports for meetings with accounts and stakeholders.
- Coach and motivate customers to meet yearly and seasonal sales objectives.
- Work with Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Operations to ensure smooth product flow.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience within the equestrian, sports, or outdoor industries.
- Area management experience working with retail and key accounts.
- Fluent in French, English, and Dutch - essential for the role.
- Successful track record working with retail accounts to increase revenue.
- Brand building and product marketing expertise.
- Strong financial acumen and IT literacy.
