Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional IT support services to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key business stakeholders, identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction, and create and implement an effective service improvement plan in collaboration with the Service Desk Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional IT support services to our clients
* Work closely with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction
* Create and implement an effective service improvement plan in collaboration with the Service Desk Manager

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience of IT Service Delivery Manager roles, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or overseeing IT service for multiple customers
* Experience with agreeing and implementing service improvement plans for IT services
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Agreements, Service Level Reporting, etc.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively
* The ability to analyse complex problems and develop solutions
* Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
* Highly self-motivated and directed
* Keen attention to detail
* Exceptional customer service orientation
* Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* ITIL Certification preferred

What's on Offer:

* £50,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)
* 25 days holiday, 4% employee pension, private healthcare, free parking and more

This role will be split across the office in Wigan and customer site in Stockport. With this being a new contract, there will be more onsite work expected initially, and you will need to be available to work in the office/on customer site 4+ days per week.
