The Service Delivery Professional will report into the Head of Service Delivery and work closely with stakeholders from a number of teams within the IT Support Team. Key duties will include the following;

  • Client Relationship Management – ensure clients receive a high-quality service addressing any issues that might arise during delivery
  • Service Quality Assurance – Oversee the quality of services ensuring they meet the established standards
  • Service Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency or service improvement with a focus on cost reduction without a drop in quality
  • Performance Monitoring – Monitor the performance of Service Teams and track KPIs to ensure effective delivery
  • Problem Resolution – Work closely with clients to identify and address potential problems proactively

To be considered for the role, you must;

  • Have experience working as an IT Service Delivery Professional within a multi-client role
  • Fantastic knowledge of service and application delivery
  • Experience of ITIL processes and service delivery software
  • A good understanding of Project Management principles
