Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Judicial Office HR Manager. As a key member of the LDT team, you will be responsible for scoping, developing, and implementing a portfolio of approaches aimed at supporting the judiciary's ambition to ensure that it has both the expertise and flexibility to meet evolving demand.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder skills, as well as a flexible and resilient approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing strategies and interventions to support leadership judges
  2. Designing and delivering leadership development and other events
  3. Developing materials and guidance that reflect the current and future needs of the judiciary
About the Role

This is an informal, non-contractual form of flexible working. The Civil Service Code sets out the standards of behaviour expected of civil servants. We will assess you against the essential criteria set out above and against the following five behaviours: Communicating and Influencing, Developing self and others, Leadership, Managing a Quality Service, and Working collaboratively.

Benefits

The MoJ offers a range of benefits, including annual leave starting at 25 days, increasing to 30 days after five years' service, pension schemes, and training and development opportunities. The salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
