About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join our team in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll function, including processing payroll, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate the payroll team to achieve high performance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
