At Opus Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager and HR Administrator to join our team in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile professional to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving employee engagement and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in managing employee relations.

The role will involve collaborating with our existing HR Coordinator, onboarding new employees, managing the office environment, running social events, and talent acquisition.

We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, who is able to drive employee engagement and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar HR/Office/Operations management role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of UK employment law and best practices

Benefits:

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, 30 Days Holiday, Private Medical Insurance & Much More

Working Arrangements:
