Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Support Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that clients receive tailored support to meet their unique needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a care-related role, with a strong focus on personal care and support.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of clients.
