We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with medication management and administration
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing companionship and social interaction
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients, promoting healthy eating and hydration
- Engage in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation, such as exercise, games, and hobbies
- A comprehensive training program, including City & Guilds assured qualifications in Dementia and End of Life Care, NVQs, and more
