Job Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Support Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that clients' needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a care-related role, with a focus on personal care.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

- Competitive rates of pay, ranging from £12.10 to £15.97 per hour.
- Fantastic bank holiday rates, up to £26.62 per hour.
