**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our Home Care services in Faversham and Bexley. You will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, while working closely with our Head Office support teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Drive business growth and expansion in line with organizational targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
**Requirements**
- Hold a Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care
- Have a good understanding of the CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding scores
- Proven experience in managing service provision in the care industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
