About the Role:

Archer Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Team Leader to join our team. As a Therapeutic Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Shift: Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of care, safety, and well-being for the children in our care.
  • Supervision: Provide regular supervision and support to your team members, promoting their professional development and growth.
  • Management Support: Act as a leader and provide guidance and support to your team when management is absent.
  • Child-Centred Focus: Set high standards for the children's care and development, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including therapeutic services, education, and management, to ensure a holistic approach to the children's care.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
