We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are achieved and maintained in our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer medication to residents

- Mentor and support less experienced staff members

Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it
