Care Team Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Canterbury House care home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to deliver outstanding care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer medication to residents, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Review and update resident care plans to ensure individual needs are met.
- Mentor and support less experienced staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
- Conduct return to work discussions and staff supervisions to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent care.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be working towards one.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
