About the Role

Avante Care & Support is a Registered Charity that supports over 1,000 older people through its registered nursing and dementia care homes, as well as home care services. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the success of our well-established offices. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the day-to-day business, working closely with a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers alongside our Head Office support teams.

Requirements

You should have or be working towards a Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care. You should have a good understanding of the CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding scores. In addition, you should have experience managing service provision in the care industry as well as managing people.
