About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Canterbury House care home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are achieved and maintained, and will oversee the smooth running of a specific floor during each shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer medication
  • Review and update resident care plans
  • Mentor less experienced staff
  • Complete return to work discussions and staff supervisions
