About the Role:
We're seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You'll play a key role in uplifting the spirits and well-being of our residents while fostering a culture of success within our care team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversight of night shifts and management of staff assignments
- Conduct medication procedures and care assessments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as a Care Assistant or similar role
