**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Services Manager to join our team in Faversham and Bexley. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our day-to-day business. You will work closely with a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, as well as our Head Office support teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide leadership and support to the team to ensure high-quality care services are consistently delivered to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and policies, overseeing staff training and ensuring business growth in line with targets.
  • Have a good understanding of the CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Have experience managing service provision in the care industry and managing people.

**Requirements**

  • Have or be working towards a Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosures will be completed upon successful application.
