Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to drive the success of our Home Care services in Faversham and Bexley. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our day-to-day business, working closely with a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers alongside our Head Office support teams.
Responsibilities:- Ensure high-quality care services are consistently delivered to clients by providing leadership and support to the team, maintaining compliance with regulations and policies, overseeing staff training, and ensuring business growth in line with targets.
- Manage service provision in the care industry, including managing people and ensuring the smooth operation of our Home Care services.
You should have or be working towards a Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care. You should have a good understanding of the CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding scores. In addition, you should have experience managing service provision in the care industry as well as managing people.
