About the Role

We are seeking a Behavioural Intervention Coordinator to join our team at Academics. As a Teaching Assistant in a Mental Health and Behavioural School, you will work closely with pupils, teachers, and other staff members to develop and implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs) and a strong understanding of how to engage with young people with complex needs. You will be skilled in promoting independence, encouraging positive interactions, and developing effective communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of children. The salary for this position is approximately £26,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
