A large mainstream Secondary School in Stafford seeks an experienced Behavioural Management Specialist to join their team from November. The school prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment for all students, adhering to safeguarding principles and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

This full-time, long-term role offers a great opportunity for someone who can work closely with the pastoral and behavioural team to enhance student welfare. With a chance to become permanent for the right candidate, this position promises growth and development.

Your daily responsibilities will include efficiently monitoring student progress, working collaboratively with the wider behavioural team, ensuring effective support for students, organizing and delivering intervention sessions, attending regular meetings with the DSL and Safeguarding Team, and proactively working with vulnerable students.

We require someone with at least 12 months of experience in a Pastoral or Behavioural Team setting. Your exceptional communication, organization, and IT skills will enable you to thrive in this role.

The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Successful applicants will need to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide educational references as part of the registration process.
